Built on shift notes
Every tip on this blog started life as a scribble on the back of a job sheet. What actually shifted that stubborn stain. Which product made the grout gleam. The trick one of us learned from a client who's been cleaning their own home for forty years.
We turned those scribbles into posts because — honestly — we got tired of repeating ourselves. If we could send a link instead of explaining for the tenth time how to descale a kettle, we had an extra ten minutes to actually clean.
That's still the only filter we use. Would we send this to a paying client? If yes, it goes on the blog. If no, it doesn't.
